That one case of Wanderlust you can't get rid of.

Hello,
Sorry again. School has started and I hate, hate, hate, that I can't keep up with my posting...
So, I have a question,
Say you have a serious case of Wanderlust... how would you fufill this?
Would you take a job as an au pair? How about taking a 2 month long trip after college?

Okay, I lied. I have two questions!!
Where would you go (it's an add-on to the first question...)

I think I would take a job as an au pair so that I could get paid for travel ^^, and where...
I'll have to think on that one.
Goodbye for what may be a while!!

AH!!!!

I did it again!! I've gone a week without posting! ...and if you have been reading my blog thus far, you realize this is not good for me. I might as well update!!
1: I find a great site with bunches of interesting blogs (photography, art, design...) Well here it is
Okay: take your time... explore.... isn't it amazing??
I love photography, but I don't think I'll ever have a lot of useful skill, and even if it was great...what would I do with it? Not get money!! So: yes, I stick to pictures of clouds and my family.
2. Today I am catching up with my friends K and E. Yay :D I missed them these past two weeks!!

That's all I have to ramble about.
I know: what about Camp?
.................................guilty as it makes me feel I'm not doing a photo or a camp thing today :(. Well, till later.

A Few Words Sunday

I bet it is.

Back!

I guess I'll have a post for everyday of camp. Lets start with the last day that we actually did something: Friday. We (my roommate C and my sister K) went fishing. I caught four fish (I am so proud of myself ;) They were: 1 pin fish, 1 ribbon fish, 1 sea robin, and 1 toad fish. That's a ribbon fish on the right. Evil-looking isn't it? Maybe next year (if we go again) I should be in Vet MEDS (you learn to take care of various animals) or Coastal Ecology or maybe even Fishing Camp (though it sounds hard.) Well, onto a better topic, I discovered an Alice in Wonderland themed restaurant. I'd love to go there one day, it seems just like you are in the maze or the Queen of Heart's castle. I believe it is in Tokyo, another thing to add to a long list of Cool things in Japan that I would like to see one day. Well, I'll blog more about Friday soon.
Off to lunch with my grandparents! Wish me luck :)

I've noticed....

That I'm doing horribly on keeping up with this blog. Hopefully, I can pull myself down to the ground and out of the clouds long enough to write at least once a week. Hey, maybe I'll be successful!!

Question for you: Have you seen the last Harry Potter yet? I'm seeing it tomorrow, in 3D. It's sad its coming to an end, but I've heard this is the best movie yet. Tell you all about it soon.

Summer Camp

Starting Sunday, I'm going to a marine biology camp for a week. The Texas A&M one, at Galveston.
Hopefully, its a good as I expect (I'm pretty sure it will be) and I guess I'll blog to you guys later and tell you what happens. I'm planning to have a notebook and write about what I learn and do each day, to help tell you everything about it. Oh yeah, I might be able to get a glimpse of NASA on the way there. Wish me luck, whoever may be reading this.
The picture I put on is of the Northern Lights in Iceland. I know, doesn't relate the summer camp or the beach at all, but I found it on Google and I couldn't resist showing. But, come on, wouldn't it be amazing to see it in real life?
This has been added to my long, long, list of travel.

Summer

Over the summer I've had a lot of time to myself.
I've also made friends. Lets call them: DR & NS
Have you ever felt so... sad? And you didn't know why you were sad?
Thats the way I'm feeling at the moment, so I have decided to treat myself with a mall trip with my best buds.
Though my sis isnt happy about it, I think I'll feel infinitely better
GOAL FOR THE SUMMER: keep away from thoughts and stay with people. I guess I've developed a fear/unwanting of being alone.
My best friends are there though, and I hope they always will be

56

That's the number days of school left. 56 days. It seems like a huge number but honestly its not the much. 2 months. Isn't there 300 days in the school year? Not including weekends and breaks, of course. Guts. Animal guts. That's what I've been seeing right and left all month. Whats the deal? I know, I know, its spring but STILL! For the [very] few people who [might] read this blog, have you ever heard of Christina Perri. I love her. She is the BEST singer of today. No scandals, no publicity, she just...is. I know corny right? But it felt like a good time to be corny.

Have a nice day... or week.
<3 Me.

Swinter?

I haven't been on in a long while and a lot has been happening. As we near the annual tests of the school year, my teachers continue to get more and more stressed. For 2 reasons of course. (1) Tests! (2) Being fired... I would be very sad if any one *okay most* of my teachers didn't show up next year. On the slightly brighter side... I went swimming with my friends but the water was freezing and I got a sunburn. Ouch. But I still had a terrific time.

Well, last week we had 4 days snow day and today, we have another snow today. I think this is some record breaker because I've never seen this amount of snow and I've never had so many snow days, ever. This morning, my lovely sister, K, tried to tell me that it was only delayed until 10:00 am. Well here is what I did before she walked into the room. I went to: wfaa.com and checked out all the school closings and we were not delayed we were closed. It seems like a snowstorm but its not sticking to the grass. Its almost like some giant and sprinkling us in salt and powder. Usually, I would be excited because of snow and no school and how rare that is, having no school. But, I've become sick of snow and ice, sick of being trapped inside. I think the snow is trying to prevent this Choir Test I'm due to have from happening because last week it started on the Choir Test day and this week it has started snowing on Choir Test Day. But I need that grade, so please snow, GO AWAY! So hope you enjoy the snow more than I! ByeBye!

T.G.I.F

Happy Friday! This week I have had a test in 3 of my classes. They were easy tests, but honeslty I still hope I do well. Well, enjoy your weekend. I have loved the idea of an indoor trapeze like the one that they have on the blog Cup Of Jo. Well, hope you have a great weekend. I have Monday off so it's going to be great.

Parties

Last night, I celebrated New Years with 3 friends: K, E, and K. Along with my dad. We celebrated it 3 times. First, we celebrated it on the Spanish Channel which was very entertaining when a group starting rapping in Spanish while 3 back-up dancers did random things and the actual rapper was pointing the sky and jumping up and down. Then we watched the ball in Dallas drop which was same-ol', same-ol'. Finally, we watched the ball in NY drop except in English. What really cracked us up was when a man who won $10,000 or something was asked what his New Year's Resolution was by a reporter. He replied, "Probably to get your phone number." He probably thought he was so cool until she answered, "Ah..um...oh...I'm married." BAM! He was the biggest doofus on television. Going in the history books as "FAIL". Well, Happy New Year!
